To Get to Riverwood
From Oakville/Hamilton via the QEW:
- From the QEW, go east on the 403 (toward Toronto)
- On the 403, exit at Erin Mills Parkway, head south
- Turn east (left) onto Burnhamthorpe Road
- Cross the Credit River, turn left at the light at (Credit Woodlands and Riverwood Park Lane) into Riverwood
From Toronto via the 401:
- From the 401, go west on the 403 toward Hamilton
- Exit at Mavis Road, head south (left)
- Turn west (right) onto Burnhamthorpe Road West
- Continue along on Burnhamthorpe Road West till you go under the Go Train bridge
- At the next light (The Credit Woodlands and Riverwood Park Lane), turn right into Riverwood
From Toronto via the QEW:
- Go west on the QEW to Erin Mills Parkway
- Turn north (right) on to Erin Mills Parkway
- Turn east (right) on to Burnhamthorpe Road
- Continue along on Burnhamthorpe Road past Mississauga Road
- At the next light after the Credit River bridge (Credit Woodlands and Riverwood Park Lane), turn left into Riverwood

At Riverwood
For MacEwan Field Station:
- Follow the driveway and park in the first parking lot on the left
- Look for the barn from the parking lot and go past the barn to MacEwan (stone house)
For the Chappell House:
- Follow the driveway past the first parking lot
- Park in the small parking lot in front of the Chappell House
- Use the front entrance or side entrance to the left of this heritage house
