Who We Are
The Mississauga Garden Council was founded in 1985 and is a registered non-profit charitable community organization. The Mississauga Garden Council promotes the development of the major public garden park at Riverwood.
Our Objectives
To promote horticulture and the environment on the Riverwood site.- To stimulate public awareness and participation in the public gardens project.
- To provide educational programs, events and displays on local ecology, flora and fauna and horticulture.
- To coordinate volunteer and stewardship activities at Riverwood.
